1. Scope of Work
Finomise agrees to deliver website development services as outlined in the selected package (Pro, Pro Cart, or Pro Plus Boutique), based on agreed specifications, features, and timelines.

2. Payment Terms
• 30% deposit required to start
• 40% due at the midway milestone
• 30% due before final handover
• Payments are made via PayPal (secure invoice + payment link)
• Instalment plans available upon request

3. Pricing & Offers
• Pro and Pro Cart packages include a 40% limited-time discount
• Pro Plus Boutique starts at £20,000, pricing based on scope
• Additional features or complexity may affect final cost

4. Delivery Timeline
• Pro / Pro Cart: 7–14 business days
• Pro Plus Boutique: ~30 business days
• Timelines may shift based on timely feedback and content delivery by the client

5. Revisions & Support
• 1 round of revision is included post initial delivery
• Further changes are billed separately
• Technical support is available for 14 days after handover

6. Ownership & Access
• Full ownership and access are granted after final payment
• Until full payment is made, all materials remain the property of Finomise
• Projects may be featured in Finomise’s portfolio unless otherwise requested

7. Hosting & Domain
• Hosting is available via Finomise at £25/month (fully managed)
• Alternatively, the client may provide their own hosting
• Finomise supports setup and/or transfer to client’s server

8. Maintenance Plans
• Optional plans start at £49/month
• Includes backups, updates, plugin maintenance, and minor changes
• Maintenance is not included unless explicitly agreed

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• Pro and Pro Cart: 30-day money-back guarantee after delivery
• Pro Plus: Non-refundable once development has begun
• In case of cancellation, partial billing will apply for completed work

10. GDPR & Data Privacy
Finomise is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK Data Protection Act.
• Client data will only be collected, stored, and processed for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
• Any personal data (e.g., emails, user info, web submissions) collected on behalf of the client must be lawfully managed by the client as the data controller.
• Finomise may act as a data processor and will not use or share any user data beyond the scope of the contract.
• Secure data handling practices (SSL, encrypted storage, restricted access) are enforced.
• Upon termination, any personal client data stored by Finomise can be permanently deleted upon request.

11. Limitation of Liability
• Finomise is not responsible for issues arising from third-party tools, client modifications, or server problems post-delivery
• Client is responsible for ongoing legal compliance, including cookie banners, privacy notices, and content accuracy

12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any business-sensitive or proprietary information shared during the project.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
