Your Key Responsibilities
As a Product Manager at Finomise, you’ll be responsible for steering critical projects from inception to delivery. Here are two major initiatives you’ll lead:
- Develop WordPress-Based Solutions
- Leverage the Finomise approach to website development by designing and building innovative solutions on the WordPress platform.
- Integrate proprietary technologies, third-party tools, and efficient operational processes to achieve cost-effective and scalable outcomes.
- Implement a CRM System
- Use your expertise in data modeling and architecture to design data models, map data flows, and identify data collection and activation points throughout the customer journey.
- Drive the CRM implementation from initial architecture to final execution, collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders.

- Excels at navigating ambiguity and proactively driving product development forward.
- Defines clear use cases and delivers precise ‘definitions of done.’
- Works seamlessly with diverse stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences for internal and external customers.
- Recognizes that a product encompasses all customer touchpoints.
- Leverages data to make informed decisions and demonstrates strong SQL skills.
- Communicates technical concepts effectively and balances pragmatic solutions with strategic objectives.
- Simplifies complex problems and communicates them clearly to varied audiences.
- Has experience bringing a product owner or collaborator on board as a plus.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of total work experience, with at least 5+ years as a Product Manager in Agile/Lean environments.
- Industry Background: Proven track record in startup environments, particularly in B2C and B2B settings.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, engineering, mathematics, design, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in data modeling and architecture, especially for CRM implementations.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, website builders, eCommerce, or fintech.
- Collaboration Skills: Adept at working cross-functionally to ship impactful products.
- Mindset: Strategic thinker with a can-do attitude and strong business acumen.
